一、汽车进口报关报检流程及注意事项

二、外商自带车辆海关监管相关事宜公告如下：

三、主管海关核准后，开具《人民共和国海关监管车辆解除监管书》，常驻人员凭此向公安交通管理部门办理有关车辆转让过户手续。
